• Product prices, availability, and shipping timelines may change without prior notice.

• Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled unless confirmed by our team.

• In case of disputes, our decision is final.

• All legal matters will be governed under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.

• We collect only the necessary details like your name, address, and contact info for order processing.

• Your information is never sold or shared, except for delivery purposes.

• Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.

• We do not store your card or banking details.

3. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

✅ When We Accept Returns/Exchanges:

​

• Only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7736844925 within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos and a complete unboxing video (no cuts or edits).

• The item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Custom or made-to-order items.

💸 Refund Timeline:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

4. Shipping Policy

​

• Dispatch Time: 7 working days (handcrafted items take time!).

• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Total Delivery Estimate: Usually 10–12 working days from order date.

• Urgent Dispatch: Available only for ready stock. Contact us first to check availability.

• We’ll share tracking details once your order ships.

• Important: Do not accept a damaged or opened package. We cannot assist once it’s accepted.
